At 2018 February We were started our own unit – Kathiravan Moulds
We are a world class manufacturer of high precision injection moulds and a global standard moulder of plastic parts. As a commercial mould maker, we build moulds specific to customer drawings which are shipped to global customers. We take full responsibility for design of moulds and subsequent performance of the mould to deliver expected part. Efficient project management and closely monitored toll gates work to give our customers the best in industry timelines and deliveries. Extensive experience across a variety of applications gives our team a unique understanding of the dimensional, aesthetic and functional needs of a part.
Deep knowledge and years of experience in different polymers, multiple cavitations, hot runner technology and tool steels results in our building moulds with global standard design. Only the best and globally accepted mould steels, standard parts and hot runners are used. Experienced toolmakers use years of experience and knowledge to creatively and intelligently assemble high precision and long lasting performance moulds. A dedicated team for mould maintenance and stringent monitoring of mould performance ensure that we give customers the highest value for their mould investments. While we make significant investments in our machines, software and process management capabilities, our team is our most valuable asset. Our designers, machinists, toolmakers and process management experts are among the most experienced and talented in the industry.
